Ugh! Where to start? First of all, I read the first two books in this series and love them! So when I downloaded this one I was super excited to read it.....and it was such a snooze fest! Good Lord above, I think I skimmed over half of it and most of the half was the ending. How sad is that! It should have been the best part. This book totally jumped the shark when Aiden went to Chicago for a business meeting. Not going to say what happened.....but seriously!? That's how Mrs. Gruber wants to play? And then the ensuing aftermath, just dumb. And the worst part is Mrs Gruber never fully explains what exactly happened, I actually had to re read a few pages to make sure I was not missing something and sure enough, I wasn't! Just no explanation. I guess you get your happy ending, but it sure was not the kind I was looking for. Ugh!! So frustrated right now for having read this.Product details

This book totally rounded out the MA series, we got to laugh and cry with some old friends and we got the HEA we have all been waiting for. I love Aidan!! I imagine there will be more stories coming involving the kids, but I am delighted with the ending I got to this story;) I totally recommend this book and series
I came across this series through , and wasn't sure about the story,however once reading the first chapter I was hooked. I couldn't wait to see what happened. Lilli was funny, caring, loving.. Aiden was a dog...lol but once he knew what he wanted there was no stopping him.. in each book crazy happens and you pray the characters figure it out... This series was way worth the read...Thank you Sadie for a love story and sucking me in too...I look forward to reading more of your books.
This was the third part of Modern Arrangements and I totally enjoyed this book. It took different twists and turns than I would have expected. And the angst was spot on. I loved the his/her perspective thru out the book. It gave the feeling of a whole book. I gave it only 4 stars due to the ending. It left an opening that should not have been there for another book down the way. You will have to read it to understand. There was a sort of closure but it was left open. I have read other works by this author and will enjoy looking for more.
I was anxiously awaiting the final installment for this trilogy and can honestly say that I am pleasantly surprised by how the author wrapped everything up. Things picked up where they left off and answers were given. I wasn't a big fan of the twist with Gideon and his daughter in the middle of the book or at the end but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't look past it. The ending was amazing. I'm glad we got to see 10 years into the future with all of the characters, not just Aidan and Lillie. I'm a little sad that the books are done and am going to have to re-read them all again soon. Good job!
Aidan and Lilli' s story comes to an end. So many things went wrong in their lives, but they made it to the family they wanted, success in business, and long life together. This book had some serious surprises that made it all worth the the read. Marilyn Allen
In this final installment of the Modern Arrangements series you get the relationship of Aiden and Lilly tied up in a happy little knot. This book had some drawbacks that kept me from giving even 4 stars. I thought the first book was too drawn out but was interested enough to read the second. The second book was perhaps the best in the series. Here the relationship really took off and you got the cliff hanger of the unexpected pregnancy.
I did like the story surrounding the birth of the twins, despite all the melodrama. However, the incident that broke up Aiden and Lilly was just too over the top. The resolution was all over the place.
This third book could have used some serious editing. There were grammatical errors which were frequent enough to become annoying. The last chapter that was like an epilogue just went on and on and could have been reduced by one quarter. You would thing with all these negatives I would have given a two star rating but I did love Aiden and Lilly as a couple and hope that Ms Guber keeps writing and strengthening her narratives.
Aidan and Lilli have come such a long way and their love has bloomed into something more than either of them thought it would. There are still those around them that want to see his family suffer and they do quite a good job of it. Despite the circumstances of her pregnancy, Lilli and Aidan have overcome a lot. Many new challenges present themselves in this story and it is told in way that we see their lives and those of their families span over the course of several years. Again, Lilli and Aidan fight for their marriage under stressful circumstances. It is nice to read a story where the couple demonstrates what "in good times and bad" means. They struggle with lies, betrayal, jealousy, and yet they still joke around with each other and go on"date nights" together. You experience their lives through births, parties, just the "guys hanging out", or shopping for bridesmaids dresses. By the end of the book you see all of the characters, not just the main ones grow and develop. It was very enjoyable to read despite several editing errors. Would definitely recommend it!!
